Raw Foodism

I intend to go first, but what can I do to make sure I get everything I need (protein, calcium, iron, etc.)?

Read, read, read. Learn. Join a message board food raw. Raw Freedom Community is my favorite. They are very open and welcoming. Council Alissa Cohen Raw Food Talk is the worst I have visited. They tend to push things just Alissa sells instead of supporting real Foodista first. Libraries make a surprising number of books on raw food.
