Raw Fruit And Vegetable Diet

Posted on January 27, 2010.
Raw Fruit And Vegetable DietIf I go on a raw fruit and vegetable diet, I did not worry enough protein?

I think going on a diet raw foods, just eat fruits and vegetables must be healthy, because it is natural, but people become protein deficient because of not getting protein from sources such as nuts, eggs or something? fruit and vegetables can only provide enough protein for your body? Thank you

The key to fat loss is long-term retention (or even better, increasing) of lean body mass. When you go to the vegetables (or even more drastic, rough), your protein level is probably too low and your body will start "eating" your muscles, decreasing your lean body mass. This undermines your metabolism and strength. When you start eating as before, you will gain weight back over your metabolism is slowed.

I was vegetarian for 4 years (at 230 lbs, I'm not anywhere near the protein I) and without soybean products, I would not have done. I might have a raw meal from time to time, but I would never do it full time.

Yes, you have to worry about. This would be a good idea to take a recipe book raw food ... introduction will give you the approximate composition of foods you should eat to meet your nutritional needs (talk to your doctor is a good idea too, if you have preexisting conditions) ... Good luck goes first!

I'd go with the addition of peanut butter - but - what is more important is if you go on a raw fruit and vegetarian food - I'd be more concerned with making the right kind of TP !

Good luck!

I have a degree in exercise science, so I have the experience needed to answer this question.

Do not go on this fad diet or other arrangements on this issue. You recover quickly when you eat normally and gain weight immediately.

If you try to lose weight, it is extremely simple. It will take some time to remove the books, but this will be the most effective way to do so. Here's how ...

Eat healthy: what mean the elimination of carbohydrates, fat or protein in your diet. Just do not abuse anything. Eat balanced meals. That's it.

EXERCISE: 1) Do cardio exercises (running, elliptical, swimming, etc.) This will start your metabolism and burn excess fat.
Two) by lifting weights: this will increase your lean body mass together. More muscle = more resting metabolic rate. You burn more calories at rest, the more muscle you have.

It's really that simple.

To answer your question directly but ... Yes, with an all-vegetable diet, you will be lacking the necessary protein your body needs to function properly.

Nothing wrong with eating raw vegetables, but do not skip your carbs and proteins to be healthy.

N protein fruit does provide protein wid ... BT will not be the amount required ... follow for a week .. n thn ur starting a normal diet ... slowly ... In this way, u may lose about 1-3 kg per week
It depends again on the people has metabolic rate

You need a source of protein. Beans, peas and lentils are all good sources of protein. They must be cooked.

You can also use soy protein. It takes many forms available in health food stores and some grocery stores. And tofu is a good source of protein, but it is a kind of bland.

Yes.
