Red Wine Vinaigrette Dressing

Posted on February 1, 2010.
Red Wine Vinaigrette DressingIs it the alcohol in red wine vinaigrette Quiznos dressing they have at their restaurants?

I recently went to a Quiznos store and saw they use a dressing on their sandwiches called dressing of red wine ... Is this true? Is it really wine?

It is made with "red wine vinegar" and not "red wine"

The definition of vinegar is "impure dilute solution of acetic acid obtained by fermentation beyond the stage of alcohol and used as a condiment and preservative." When the wine is the weather turns sour. Sens once you have led the wine (for example) and you do not refrigerate, it will ferment ..... it will turn sour.

(I must say that I found years ago after saving a bottle of wine that had been opened. I put the cork back in and think nothing of it. One night I thought that the wine seems to be a good idea. The Blue Nun "has turned sour. ha ha ha)
