Ruth Yaron

Ruth YaronAnyone read: "Super Baby Food" by Ruth Yaron? What are your thoughts?

Someone gave it to me, but I find it rather hard to digest, even for first reading. So, did you read?

Yes, I use it to some extent. The most useful section for me was the specific fruits / vegetables Appendix. It gives a good indication of what to introduce when. I used it for about two months and my daughter is happy and healthy. I acknowledge that the author can not start on tangents and things around ... But the appendix is good. It also gives me a good idea of how much and how often should my baby eat ... I use it as a guideline.

No, but it seems dumb. The doctor may give you a book with very nutritious recipes
