Seafood Pasta DishesWhy not a grid Parmesan over pasta containing seafood?

Apparently cheese and fish do not go together. Well, I'm Italian and we are doing at all times. When dinner is on the table is if the corner of Parmagiano-Reggiano with her rasp. We would be so embarrassed if we have forgotten and someone asked: "Where's the cheese?". In addition, fish need to be salted.

Conor Same answer. However, it depends both on how the dish is balanced. Should or not, this is not how I live or cooked. I use a little Parmesan on some variation of a dish that I cook seafood that. Figure So, go. I am not a trained chef, but there are no leftovers!

(I gave a t-Babyboom up for some posh gave him a T-down, people, grow up.)

I like my pasta in parmesan seafood! I make a shrimp paste with a Parmesan / white cream sauce is to die for. It is a family favorite and all time, I have a dinner, I wonder if I'm doing. I never heard that through ....

I guess it's a matter of taste, but shrimp alfredo is made with Parmesan. One of my favorites!

Parmasan Cheese is a ripened cheese with salt. because the food from the sea comes from the sea, it is rather salty and parmasan longer feed it.
Unless there is a dish of seafood pasta sauce from southern Italy, where the sauces are heavy and can therefore take the salt.

salt (and salty cheese) highlight the flavor, but please be careful when you use it for not being able to dish

Although it may be technically inappropriate to put the parmesan on pasta with seafood, consider each pallet individuals. Because pallets are so varied, it becomes a matter of individual tastes. Thus, taste and make your own decision.
