Sipping Chocolate

Posted on February 27, 2010.
Sipping ChocolateBy replacing the cocoa powder with sipping chocolate powder?

Hello, I am a chocolate cake and it calls for cocoa powder, but I do not currently have any. I do not have this chance powder chocolate tasted (that is different from hot chocolate powder and tastes much more bitter). Would it work if I used it instead? The ingredients are cocoa powder, cane sugar, chocolate liquor and cocoa butter.

In addition, the ingredients for the cake:
4 tablespoons cake flour
4 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 egg
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil

Hey! waz up! =)
I am a red velvet cake for Christmas, and I need cocoa powder, which unfortunately I did not, so I had to use hot chocolate powder, but I removed some of the sugar. Try taking 1 tablespoon of regular sugar.

I hope I helped
