Smoked Sea SaltPosted on January 20, 2010. What should I do with smoked sea salt? My sister gave me a basket of orders for gourmet cuisine, one of which was a small box Alderwood Smoked Sea Salt. Other than its use as a meat rub, what can I do with this product? I went on the site of the shop where she got it and there were no suggestions of "serving" in the description. There were some recipes on the site, but none used this product. This is a great finishing salt for those who wish to add that smoky flavor to any dish.
