Street Glow

I like the scene of car import, and I want to express my personality through my car. I love the products Street Glow. I tried to get the standard glow kit for my car. Most likely blue or green. I know that turn signals are not allowed while driving but I saw some drivers with LED fixed below. I am also looking for a site or something that shows the laws on car parts for New Jersey. Before spending money on something that may be illegal, your help would be great = D.

Yes, it is illegal. This is so unfortunate because it seems so amazing! Your car will be the envy of all other drivers, but it will also attract the police.
