Whatever the occasion, the Cinnamon Streusel Bundt Cake is sure to be a success. From a fancy brunch at a little more to visit a cup of coffee and a slice of cake, this cake will be very useful. It is easy and delicious and you know how he does it smell good house when you cook with cinnamon! Yum

CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE Streusel Bundt
A mix of normal size yellow cake
1 package (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding
2 v. tablespoons canola oil
1 1 / 3 cups water
2 eggs

Streusel:

1 / 2 cup all-purpose flour
1 / 2 cup packed brown sugar
2 v. teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 v. tablespoons butter, melted

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease and flour a 10 inch tube pan or Bundt pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, pudding, oil, water and eggs until smooth. Beat with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes. 3/4of Spread batter into prepared pan. Mix streusel ingredients together well in a small bowl. Sprinkle 2 / 3 cup of mixture over batter in pan. Spread remaining batter over the streusel. Sprinkle remaining streusel over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in the pan, place for 25 minutes. Remove cake from pan and drizzle glaze on top, if desired.

Cup Frosting: Mix 3 / 4 powdered sugar with about 1 tablespoon of milk until smooth. Pour over top of cake to launch the sides.

Note: For fall and winter use Apple juice and apple cider instead of milk for a subtle taste of apple.
