Texas Hot Sauce

Back in western New York, there are only a few restaurants that offer Texas Hot Dogs. They are still held by persons who have heirtage Greek secret recipe for sauce they put on hot dogs. It gives hot dogs a unique flavor and when you add finely chopped onions and mustard, the taste is exceptional. The last restaurant knows I've been to that offers this hot dog sauce was Wellsivlle, New York. I now live in Texas of all places and they have never heard of this sauce. Somebody in Texas have an idea of how this sauce is made or if I can buy it if it is made somewhere in Texas in the Austin area ????? Thank you for any response.

TEXAS HOT - HOT DOG SAUCE

2 pounds hamburger
1 tsp onion
Salt
2 v. soup. cloves
Pepper
2 v. soup. mustard
2 lg. cans tomato juice
1 tsp soup. cinnamon
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp soup. ginger
2 v. soup. paprika
2 v. soup. chili powder
1 tsp soup. nutmeg

Brown meat, onion and garlic. Add remaining ingredients. Bake 2 hours, stirring often. Can be frozen.

1 lb. hamburger
1 Med. onion (diced)

2 v. tea. curry powder
1 tsp tea. oregano
1 tsp tea. chili powder
1 / 4 c.. red pepper
2 v. tea. paprika
1 (8 oz) tomato sauce
1 qt. water

Cook for 1 hour.
