Posted on February 1, 2010.
Thai Peanut Salad DressingDoes anyone know how to make peanut butter salad dressing?

I've had in a Thai food place and it is great. It has a creamy flavor and is a bit lighter than the traditional peanut butter ... So I think he like mayonnaise or something. Do you know any good recipes?

Peanut Butter Salad Dressing

I think you take

2 v. soup. peanut butter
2 v. soup. honey
1/2cup mayonnaise

Mix peanut butter and honey, and then you add the 1 / 2 cup mayonnaise.

um. I do not know, but that sounds amazing haha salad is my favorite dish.

I bet you could make a spicy Thai sauce peanut regular (you know what I mean ?...) and that would.

or you can call the restaurant.

I think I know what you speak

Take peanut butter and heat in microwave to melt a little. Stream / whist in the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and olive oil lightly.

Put your peanut butter in sauted / jar in the amount you want to have. Gently heat until it becomes liquid. Begin to slowly add the oil while stirring with a whisk until the liquid a bit more consistency desired, because oil and peanut butter will solidify on cooling. Once you have obtained the desired consistency, add your seasonings / Chiles ..... etc. Once the seasonings are addedcut heat, continue stirring until cooled slightly. Continue to stir until occasianally cooled, then use. "

Peanut butter is thick and Oilly. Diluting the oil and add some fluidity. I guess the peanut oil is best for taste, but would probably oil as long as you care to use it during breaks dreesing.

Here is the simplest recipe for peanut sauce, Thai Style:

Spicy Peanut:
1 / 4 cup butter at room temperature peanut crunch, soften in microwave if it has been refrigerated
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar or white vinegar
1 / 4 c. teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Whisk peanut butter, soy sauce, vinegar and cayenne together. Stream in vegetable oil.
