Pan Broccolli. I do every year for vacation. Even when I ask, they do say is it not put the pot of broccoli? So its just assumed. I double my large family.

1 / 2 cup mayonnaise
1 egg
Ritz cracker crumbs
January 16 package frozen chopped broccoli ouonce
1/2-1 cup diced Velveeta cheese
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 / 2 can cream of mushroom soup
butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook broccoli on high for 6 minutes, drain well. Combine remaining ingredients except cracker crumbs and butter. Add drained broccoli mixture and pour into a greased pan or baking dish. Ritz crackers Put in large plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or punch. sprinkle crumbs over broccoli mixture and sprinkle with small strips of butter. Bake about 45 minutes.

Lasagna Recipe Just add vegetables, somewhere in the recipe

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 leek, cleaned and sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium zucchini, chopped
1 / 2 cup sliced fennel
1 (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained
2 (14 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves, chopped
4 lasagna noodles whole wheat, cooked as directed on package
1 (4 ounce) package feta cheese, drained
3 / 4 cup shredded part skim mozzarella

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium saucepan, heat olive oil over medium-high. Add leeks and garlic and sauted until translucent, about 1 1 / 2 minutes. Add the zucchini and fennel and saute for one minute. Add artichoke hearts and diced tomatoes. Bring to a boil, then add the oregano. Stir and remove from heat.

Cover bottom of pan 13 by 9-inch with 1 cup of tomato mixture. Top 2 lasagna. Garnish with half the remaining tomato mixture. Sprinkle with feta cheese. Add remaining 2 lasagna noodles and top with remaining tomato mixture.

Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake for 35 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

I make the 7 layer salad and potato salad that is coming to die for! my aunt is still a bit of a side dish with vegetables and pan Medly melted Swiss cheese, I'm not sure what else is in it, but it's so good!
