Vegetable DiseasesFruits and vegetables can be harmful to your health?

We all know fruits and vegetables are good for our health. They have vitamins, minerals, fiber, carbohydrates, carotenoids and antioxidants that have been associated with protection against heart disease, cancer, diabetes and hypertension.
But some of them are not recommended and may even harm your health if you have certain disorders.

aec If you have a stomach ulcer, avoid onions, garlic, pickles and red pepper.

aec In case of problems with your duodenum or if you have gastritis with high acidity, exclude from your diet oranges, watermelons, grapes, pomegranates, grapefruit juice, sprouts, lemons, garlic, radishes, sorrel, viburnum, plums and horseradish.

aec If you have an inflammatory process in your digestive tract, excluding the onions, garlic, cabbage, radish, leek and rutabaga.

aec If you have diarrhea or colitis, do not eat watermelons, grapes, cabbage, walnuts and horseradish.

aec If you have pancreatitis and entherocolitis, you must exclude the oranges, lemons and radishes.

aec For cardiovascular disorders, onions, pickles and sorrel are not recommended.

aec If you have heart problems accompanied by edema or tend to retain fluids in the body, to exclude watermelons and grapes.

aec For high blood pressure, the grapes are not recommended.

aec If you have liver disease, do not eat onion, garlic, cucumbers, radishes, horseradish, spinach, sorrel and red pepper.

aec If you have gallstones, drop the tomatoes and beans.

aec For problems with your kidneys to exclude the garlic, onions, pickles, red peppers, radishes, horseradish, spinach and sorrel.

aec If your kidneys are damaged by a potassium deficiency, the grapes must be excluded.

aec If you have gout, rheumatoid or osteoarthritis, drop the beans, raspberries, spinach, sorrel, figs and beans.

aec If you have diabetes type I, does not include peaches, rice, beets and prunes in your diet.

aec If you suffer from epilepsy, garlic is not recommended.

aec For high blood clotting, exclude maize.

aec For cystitis, to exclude the parsley.

aec To nephritis (kidney inflammation), do not include raspberries and parsley in your diet.

aec If there is a chronic purulent processes in the lungs, the grapes must be avoided.
