Vegetable Fondue

Posted on February 20, 2010.
Vegetable FondueWhat type of chocolate can I use for chocolate fondue fountain and how can I prepare?

I have a chocolate fountain fondue nostalgia I have ever used and I need to use it for a night prty. Instrucitons I lost and I need to know what kind of chocolate to buy ... or semi sweet chocolate discs verses ... and also how to prepare. Do I have to melt first and add the vegetable oil with it and how?

Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients
24 oz chocolate chips semisweet
1-1/4 C. evaporated milk
1 / 4 C. sugar
2 cups vanilla
T. 1 fruit liqueur

Place ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on high 30 minutes. Mix well, cover and cook on low 1 hour longer. Dip chunks of pound cake, fruit, pretzels, cookies or marshmallows into chocolate mixture. Makes 3 cups.

You can buy special chocolate for him.

But if you use Choccy normal, you should add a tasteless vegetable oil until the correct consistency.

Chocolate Fondue
INGREDIENTS
2 cups chocolate chips with milk
3 tablespoons heavy cream
2 tablespoons kirsch
1 tablespoon strong coffee ground
1 / 8 c. teaspoon ground cinnamon
MODE
Combine chocolate, cream, brandy, coffee and cinnamon in a fondue pot over low heat (or in a pan over low heat). Heat until melted, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately.

You can use any type of chocolate you want, but you need to add vegetable oil until desired consistency. A good estimate of 1 / 2 cup of chocolate to 5 pounds of chocolate. The premium chocolate does taste better. Melt is first and mix the chocolate and oil together, then pour into the fountain.

Also, be sure that they have the standard of the fountain.

In the grocery store, they should have already piceces chocolate for fondue. Some heat melted chocolate fountains of themslves, but if the heat is not the chocolate in a saucepan over low heat.
