Vegetables For DogsFeeding your dog a Raw Food Diet

There are many reasons, counting all pet food recalls last year, many animal lovers are looking for alternatives to commercial dog food. One option is a raw diet for dogs.

The raw food diet for dogs that would eat your dog if it was a wild animal: raw meat, bones and vegetables. People who believe in this natural food for dogs report showing dramatic improvements in their pets. Some of these improvements have been less halitosis, less tooth plaque, shinier coat and fewer visits to the vet

After researching the eating habits of dogs, I decided to try this with my own dog. Personally, I felt it was closer to this dog would naturally eat. It would be much healthier for my dog, and commercial dog food manufactured. He has produced many benefits described above. It seems to be a much happier dog.

If you want to try, here are some things that will help your dog more.

A good idea would be to start with the meat products only. I would add some vegetables, a few days later, then the last bone.

Raw foods have a large number of bacteria. When handling raw meat defrost properly and make sure you wash your hands well with antibacterial soap. Your dog can get sick as you can mishandling of meat.

Keep in mind any food for your dog will be believed. Good to know about the bones of meat. bone cooked chips will then never give your dog cooked bones. chicken bones are extremely poor. They can flake and become lodged in the throats of dogs. They can also get in their intestines and cause damage so be careful.

Use something to chop vegetables dogs. Since dogs are not used to having vegetables in their diet it will take some time for them to get used to the texture. Cutting What does it easier for your dog to get nutrition, because vegetables are broken down into assimilable forms.

Choose good healthy vegetables for your pet as carrots, potatoes, parsnips, or others with high nutritional value. Never give your dog or broccoli as your poor dog has a problem of methane gas. It will be very bad for you and the dog

The raw food diet is a good idea, but it may be something for all dogs. What I would say is go see the vet of your dog and tell him what you are thinking about. Some dogs who have had digestive problems, it may not work for them. There may be up to taste your dog too. It can be used for commercial food and he can not want to change.

We all want a happy dog. If you make changes to your dog, he can live longer and healthier
