White Chocolate BarkPosted on March 4, 2010. Can you substitute white chocolate baking chocolate bark in a white frosting recipe? I am Wilton white chocolate icing butter cream that calls for cooking white chocolate (chopped). Can I substitute white chocolate instead of bark? T it change the consistency of icing? Thank you! DONT use the bark. You better buy a plain white chocolate candy bar w nuts o / and chop than using the bark. most bark (s) have other ingredients, apart from any chocolate or white chocolate bark white chocolate has far more fat and less chocolate than baking chocolate. You would probably be better to simply make regular butter instead of trying to use white chocolate bark in your recipe. CommentsThere are no comments.Leave a Comment |
