Return & Refund Policy – Foodwick

At Foodwick, customer satisfaction and product safety are our top priorities. Due to the nature of our goods, which include perishable food products, we do not accept returns under normal circumstances. This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

No Returns Accepted

We are unable to accept returned items, even if unopened, to ensure that every product we deliver is safe, fresh, and has not been handled by another party.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives with a damaged package, or the product is in any way compromised, spoiled, or unusable, we are happy to offer a refund or a replacement.

To report an issue, please contact us at hello@foodwick.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible with next steps.

Important Notes

  • All refund or replacement decisions are subject to review and verification.

  • Items that are damaged due to misuse, storage conditions, or handling after delivery are not eligible for refund.
